St. Albert based pop punk band Calling All Captains burst into the scene in 2014 and have since been tirelessly developing their sound amidst the newest wave of the genre, evoking elements of early 2000’s emo-infused pop punk to blend with their own brand of modern easycore angst. Their haunting lyrical sentiments and infectious melodies seldom fail to provoke a crowd amassed scream-a-long.

After the release of their freshman and sophomore EP’s, the St. Albert five-piece have worked tirelessly to spread their heart-wrenching, anthemic songs across the globe. With an 8 week cross Canada tour, a showcase spot at the Portland, OR Warped Tour, and a self-funded DIY UK Tour under their belts, they've stapled their dreams to the soles of their shoes and haven't looked back.

The band’s relentless work ethic and reputation for their high-energy inspired live shows has been a testament to their explosive growth, with their debut full length album still on the way.
The heart of Texas is pumping with the pop-punk palpitation of Austin-based quintet Gold Steps.
Liz Mauritz (vocals) leads the angsty, energetic firestorm, rounded out by Zach Duarte (lead guitar), Erasmo “Raz” Garcia (bass), and Roger Steadman (drums). Chuggy guitar riffs, kickdrum blasts and spitfire vocals define the band’s sound, but while their music brings the pit to your ears, Liz’s brutally honest lyrics get to your gut. The frontwoman is open about her struggles with anxiety, self-harm and panic disorder, an overarching theme in Gold Steps’ catalogue. “I know what it’s like to hurt, to feel alone, to want to give up in a moment of darkness; if we can make one person feel understood, and less alone, we have been successful.”
Coming in from the most humid region in the states, Headspace formed from a few small rural towns in Northern Pennsylvania. Those three individuals then all joined the U.S. Air Force which then brought the three of them together and discovering their love for the smooth soundscapes of what is pop-punk. The unbreakable rapport and undying love for the music will push these five friends into your ears and out through your mouths. Modern pop-punk will not be the same.

The process began with the beautiful riffage of guitarist Robere Degraw, the love for being loud and singing every sentence of Derek Matzinger, the incredible footwork of drummer Thaddeus Hornung, and the father of bassist Robert Watson (Greg Watson of The Rikk Agnew Band).

Deriving from the most talented bands known to date; Mayday Parade, State Champs, A Day To Remember, Green Day; Headspace continues to strive to deliver quality, original music to the listener. After many months of preparing, their debut acoustic EP "Exposed" was released in April 2017 and took the world by storm. With assistance on vocals by long time friend and fellow Pennsylvanian, Alex Jadlowiec, Derek was able to transform his existing genius and irresistible foot tapping songs into a musical necessity. This release is only the beginning of what Headspace has to contribute to the music scene. Their dedication to music will launch Headspace into action, taking the entire country by storm thus creating a revolutionary sound in the pop-punk genre.
